For example, for Dini's Appreciation Day, we would need to keep track of those who are free and not, so you guys just fill in the days that you are not free. Like, for example, on Sundays, and for example you're Geraldine, then put Geraldine-Church. Understand? 

I have already filled in some of the dates. You guys just go in to fill in the other dates that are not filled in yet. I know it's a bit tedious, but it's very helpful if we need to plan. If you're too lazy to go in, tell me and I will do it for you.
